advise me here? In 25 years, I've never had this problem and

wonder if I should just call it a lesson and move on, or if there
is something I can do. Thank you all. Sandy

It's good to know that. Some sites never reply. I've had some experience with that, it's frustrating when you expect a reply and it never happens. I hope you succeed in yours. Love,Yoriko

They NEVER REPLY, I agree support tickets do not work either. It is Terrible
I won the January prize and was very exciting when I saw that, but NEVER HEARD anything.
Tried for months even contacted suppliers of clipart who did reply but told me they supplied a licence which seems to go on and on, so could not help either.
cute designs, but just NOT RIGHT that there is no further help to customers.

Do they have a Yahoo Group or something you could possibly contact them that way? If all else fails, they have reciprocal advertising on their site, like for JDS clipart, etc. Contact some of these advertisers, tell them you can't contact Buystitch, and could they help you by contacting them or giving you an address. I can't imagine advertisers would be really keen on having their ads on a site that isn't too good at customer care, so they might just help. Or, if enough people contact them, they might get fed up enough to contact Buystitch and tell them to fix their support program, hee hee hee, who knows. Just a thought. There's always more than one way to get from point A to point B. Hugs, Marji

Sandy, I have attached a screen shot of Buystitch's home page. Down near the bottom, there is a place to send a support ticket if you're having problems, have you done this? It's the portion that's circled in green. Just click where I've put the arrow to the "click here" link, it should take you to their support page, where you can explain the problem, and you'll receive a support ticket number as confirmation. You'll be able to refer to that with them until they get the problem resolved. Good luck to you! Hugs, Marji

Hey Marji! Thanks, I've done this so many times I can't even remember how many, and still, no response. That is if the ticket will even go thru. Most of the time I couldn't even get it to work. Thanks tho! *

Well, that's interesting. They must be having a problem with their site, or server. Do you know if they have a Yahoo Group, perhaps you could get through to them that way? Seems silly, you can't tell them they're having a problem, because the problem they're having is with the support. Seems like there should be a 'backup' way to get hold of them. Good luck, Marji

i've had the same problem. Trying to find an address to ask questions, is nearly impossible, since their internet address seems to be a do not reply. I use a new Mac and I thought that was the problem.

I would contact the credit company that you paid with. They usually have a phone number or address. If that is not excisting ask them to reverse the charges. Tell them that you are unable to contact the seller. Hope this helps getting your money back. That has worked with me in the past.

You know, I'm about to that point. But I really wanted the designs. I guess this would be my only option now. Thanks so much for your help! * Sandy
