Clearly 4 yr olds have more computor exp than I. If you want a mean exel spreadsheet, I'm your girl, but that covers it. Can anyone tell me the secret to this mystery? Mama's gettin' cranky!!!! ....san

I have used it some, I can change sizes and format. What are you trying to do? Other than that I probably can not help.

Make sure you save your converted file to the correct format for your machine...otherwise it saves it as a .EMB (Wilcom Embroidery) file (blue dot) Let me know if you found your design???

Sorry that I didn't get back sooner. Did the other answers help or are you still stuck? From your comment, it sounds like you got the file converted OK, but it was not saved to a place where you could find it. Did you "save" or "save as"? If you did "save as" did you check that the box for file type still had the type you want?
Have you tried a brute force find for the file name (without any type) on your computer? If I am missing the problem, please give more detail about the problem.
I suspect it is one of those little things that are soooo frustrating and sooo obvious AFTER you find them.
(Been there, done that, got a whole closet full of the t-shirts, LOL) Hugs, Lois

ttt for more help. Sorry, I don't have this one. Just a thought, are you looking at "all files", or does it default to Jef, Pes, whatever? I did that once when I got my Digitizer Pro, it defaults to JAN, it's native digitizing format. When I went to look for JEF files I saved, I couldn't find them, until I chose "all files" instead of JAN. Hope it's something that simple, although that's really embarassing, hee hee hee. Good luck, Marji

So sorry you are having trouble. I use it without problems. Can you tell us what your problem is? And what operating system you are using on your computer?
I will try to help as much as I can. Hugs and *, Lois

When I save mine it automatically goes to the same place as the original design UNLESS at the point where I click on "save as" I change the folder up at the top of the screen that popped up.
