check at any dollar store for hand towels. They ususally come in pairs or up to 2 pair. Monogram the First letter of their last name. I did this for a family Christmas party, and everyone went wild. Only thing, they will not use them. They say they are too pretty to mess up! But, they do put them out when company is coming!!

I'm not sure where you are from, but if there is a WalMart nearby...they have three packs of medium sized Tote bags for about $3. You could personalize a tote bag for each of them.

Something I haven't seen mentioned, sleeve protectors for when you are wearing long sleeves.

They help protect your sleeves and cuffs and you could embroider funny texts on them such as: "This is my right hand - This is my left hand"; "Please clean the whiteout off your pc screen daily"; "Sshh! The boss might hear you whistling/humming/singing and reduce your pay!"; "Time's a draggin, so is my boss!"; or anything else you may think up with appropriate designs.

Hugs n roses, Meganne

I like these gift bag toppers- of course with christmas motives and the names of the recipients.
you could fill the bags with selfmade cookies or chocolates.

I have made MANY travel trays that are so easy. I have detailed directions in the project section, BUT I don't know how to direct you to the posting!! I can access it from my profile, but don't know what page to tell you to go to! Does anyone know how to do this? They are easy, different & wonderful to take on vacation, business, or any type of travel. Hope someone can tell us how to get to a project.

type name gerryb in that search box over on the right. There will be all the comments I'm made. About 1/2 way down is one entitled "Travel Trays-Projects" click on that & it will take you to one of the postings. Not the DETAIL directions, but about midway down is one of my answers with some directions...plus there's a picture of some of the trays.

My suggestion would be FSL ornaments.

How about the coffee sleeves that go around the styrofoam cups. These would be cute wrapped around a cup containing hot chocolate mix or a tea bag. Not too expensive .

I also go for kitchen towels, or I make a facecloth with the first letter of their name on, this looks nice with a bar of soap.

I enjoy making kitchen towels for my friends and family. There are so many designs to pick from. Find out what colors and motifs are in their kitchen and got to a discount store to buy towels for less than $5 ( sometimes 2 for $5.00)
Have fun.
