You do know that in order to split designs for the gigahoop you have to have Customizer or Digitizer Pro, the newest version? Which Janome do you have? I'm surprised machine embroidery is rare in South India, because I see so many lovely Salwar Kameez with beautiful neckline and body embroidery. Perhaps they are done commercially elsewhere? So good of you to join us, please join us more often!! Hugs, Marji

I use my giga hoop quite a lot but the little free arm is hardly used Only good for socks and baby outfits

i feel the free arm hoop would help me save a little on my backing, especially water soluble. what do u think, raels?

sukirani, welcome to 'Cute', so good to see you here.

You don't have to die to get answers here sweetie, we'll give you the information without you going to that extent, haha.

I have both the giga and the free arm hoops. I love both of them, and wonder how I managed without them in the first place. The best way to find a dealer and prices would be to google them, there would be dealers in India. Can the dealership where you bought your machine get them for you? Love and hugs for you sweetie, and have a terrific day.
