Elaborating on Marji's suggestion, you could make a badge like this and add some lettering.
Those are really cute, but you're right, very pricey! I looked at the purse that says "sewing is my bag" and immediatel thought of the Pink Paris applique purse here on the Cute site. Why couldn't you do the same thing with that one, just add words from your sewing machine? I'm putting photos, just so you know what I'm talking about. As for the hole, why not do a small button hole for the ribbon or whatever will hold the tag. I don't think it could be that hard, could it? I haven't done a buttonhole in years, so maybe it could, but my machine has the built in stitches for them. See what you think.... Hugs, Marji
Well, darn! The picture from Secrets of is blank, I can't capture it. Here's Veronika's purse, anyway. You can go to the website to see the other one, I guess. By the way, this Pink Paris purse is on page 7 of the applique section, and it's for the 4x4 hoop, and we can vote for it to be a free design. How much better could it get? M
Merci; very cute; love the Hope Yoder name tags too, but they are high.

My! But we all can pick and choose any applique and make a patch/tag out of it.

I love that idea. As for me tho, I still have to learn how to add the little holey thingy to it lol. ty *s
I'm pretty sure you can find the "holey thingy" under designs by cuties. I'm thinking Shirlene did it? Bet she can tell you how to do it :)
My sewing machine has an eyelet as well as buttonholes, but Shirlene's is even better. he intended it to be added to FSL, but it is great as a 'holey thing' too, just punch out the middle after you stitched it.
They are cute. Maybe some of our talented "CUTIES" might digitilize some similiar...FIESTA ;D *2U
They are cute & way above my budget. so will keep the plain tag that I have. It was free. *4 all
