I was trying to find some info on the snappy. The company that manufacture it is ABC Embroidery, www.abcemb.com, they have a phone # to call for the retailers, 800-748-9433. On the web site they have all there products and more info. Hope this will help.

Your dealer can get most things in you need,be aware sometines the price is marked up more than online sites.

I am in Perth. I tried Echnida Embroidery already and there isn't a listing for it on their website but I could ring them up and see if they can import it in for me. Thanks
