apart their newsletter ! I haven't manage to get in touch with them. Doest it work or I do something wrong ?

Mine usually comes to me in my JUNK mail. Have you checked there?

Hi I've subscribed to the email and get updates. Their site is not a normal "direct" download site. Once you've clicked on the download button, you need to fill in your name, format & email address. The link to download the designs will then be emailed to you. Hope this helps. God Bless. Glynnis

Get their e-mails, but you CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM.
I won the January competition and never got my prize or heard from them, tried to contact for 3 months and have given up.
Terrible if a customer has problems!!!!!!
Will now NEVER BUY from them

Hi! I too won one of their monthly comps and had no problem receiving their prize and very nice e-mail from them. Perhaps you are not checking your e-mail or spam inbox for their responding download link; which enables you to also get their contact address? Sorry you've had such difficulties, I've only praise for their customer service and prompt attention.

Thank you for the e-mail, I've just send them an e-mail. Do you receive their freebies each time when you type your e-mail+name+machine format?Is it instant?

I get a newsletter and in it is a place to click that takes me to the freebies page where I can download the whole set at once. You have to download the color chart separately.
