is still healing but there were no other breaks to cause such terrible swelling so I am on fluid tablets to see if they will relieve it any.

Meg, You ROCK!!!! It thrills me to hear that you get to have a good day amoung all of the treatments and dr visits. With Mom doing chemo, I know how it can wear you out. Take the good days, enjoy them to the fullest they will comfort you when the days are not so good keeping you looking forward to when the chemo is over and it will be all good days. I'm happy you had a lovely afternoon. I hope the tablets will reduce the swelling in your leg. Great that you didn't need a transfusion - Esther had 53 during and after her chemo, not something to enjoy! Take it easy for a couple of days, so you'll be ready for another tiring but great get-together. hnr. Martine
