17th of july.So I keep on trying to do as much as I can with the left hand. For many of you no problem,but it is for me as righthanded person. So this was my up-date. Nice weekend to you all, greetings gerry

Try not to take cold drinks (ice or fridge stuffs) because thats what TCM feel for such bones issues.
