Are we permitted to sell articles embroidered with designs from CuteEmbroidery? Don't want to do the wrong thing.

Sonja, this site, as well as all other embroidery sites, have the "Terms & Conditions" of use somewhere on the site. It's wise to read each one individually, as some designers permit selling articles with theirs designs, some don't. "Commercial" sales mean if you have a company that produces quantities of the design, like if you are a t-shirt company making hundreds of shirts. If you are a home-embroiderer and sell your products at craft fairs & the like, you are not considered 'commercial'. Some sites permit you to sell only 5 articles a month with their designs. In this field, it's imperative that you read, read, and read again to be sure you understand the terms of your purchase or download of free designs. As for Cute, yes, you can sell things with Cute designs at craft fairs, etc. Hugs, Marji
