Thank you, I was also wondering the same thing.

Once you get to the toplist page, you can see at the bottom when they update their page, usually once every half hour. Rigth now it says:
Last Updated: 6-7-09 9:15pm
Next Update: 6-7-09 9:45pm

Someone said (I believe) it is updated hourly. I had the same question and I think that is what was said.
