I have a futura 250 and when I change my machine back to regular sewing instead of embroidery, sometimes I need to move the needle to the right or left but I can't find where to change the needle position. Anybody know where that is? I can't find the the instruction book. Thanks.

stitch width/needle position control is the bottom slider button on the ce250. Just slide the control button left or right , at each manual adjustment point the LED will blink 3 times in green and a beep will sound. Hope this helps. I have the same machine and got these instructions from the manual.

I don't know what brand a Futura is but they should have a website where you could go to download instruction manuals.
Other than that, I hope there is a Cutie here who can help you.

I have the 350SE, and it is on the list of stitches for regular sewing. My first three stitch options, are a straight stitch on the left, a straight stitch on the right, and then a straight stitch in the middle. YOur's is probably very similar.

OOPS!! I'm sorry! My machine is a Brother, and yours is a Singer. I hope you find a way to change your needle position. I'm sorry for the misleading information!
