57491Hi, I have the same problem Joan has. The N is fine, but the M will not convert. I use VIP or Hus formats...can use pes too, but it won't even open...just says it's corrupt. TKS for the updates you put out!

click on the underlined download text, under the design.you come on a advertise page, go back with the computerarrows in the left corner to previous page and click again on the download text. now you can DL the design in Pes format. if you need another format save the file and convert later.
