Mary, it must be very difficult for you to have your son so far away and specially in that country. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Yoriko

Thank you so much. His name is Mark. This is not his first tour. He's my baby even though he is 33 yrs. old. But when he was grazed by a bullet a months back and I my older son nofified me it was like I had been stabbed in my heart. My husband which is their stepdad came home from work and he had tears in his eyes, I knew something was wrong. Anyway best not talk about it, it just me cry all over again. Thank you so much for the prayers.

Bless you and your son! May the Lord keep him safe from all harm. I know how hard it is to have a son that far away and not be able to see and hug him and know that he is safe everyday. I almost lost my son(42) on March 9th this year and he was at work here in Atlanta doing what he does everyday. He had a major heart attack but went all day hurting and it was after 5.00PM before he decided he might ought to come see me. He thought it was a bad case of heart burn. I took his blood pressure and told him to get in the car. It toook me less that 3 minutes to drive to the E.R. I live less than 1/2 mile form the hospital. The next day he was transfered to Piedmont in Atlanta and had a cather. and a stent put in. His main artery going into the back of his heart was 100% blocked. He had only been married 7 months and this was his 1st marriage. I have never seen him so happy since he was a child. I feel blessed that the Lord gave me my son a 2nd time. He is doing pretty good now and just went back to work last Friday. He went in to set up his van and get it ready for today. He is still a litte ill and cranky at times but I think it is because he just can not do the thinks that he has done all his life. He has had a hard time dealing with what happened. He will not say that but he did not leave home until he was 37 and I raised him from 11 on by myself. I know him real well. He is the best friend I ever had but since he got married he has changed alot. He has a wonderful wife and I would be proud to call her my daughter any time. She did come as a package deal. She had been married before and has 2 grown daughters and between them, they have 3 small children. I became a mother-in-law, granny, and great granny all at one time. They have a full time job just being married. heehee He bit off alot all at once but he adores Gail and the children. Hey, her 1st husband was trouble and never helped with ANYTHING! My son cooks cleans and baby sits and works a fulltime job. I am sure she is as happy as he is! You take care and it is late But I will say Happy Mother's Day to you also! You have a brave son that has a horrible job right now. I know how proud you must be of him! I admire him for what he stands for! I thank him for protecting our country and My prayers go out to him to keep him safe & sound so he can return to his own country and start a new life for himself! Linda in Ga

God bless you and your family. It is very difficult to have limitations on one self. I've been disabled for 9 yrs. Believe me when I say I was a WORKaholic. I loved working. Brighter note, My DIL is preg. She too was in Agfan. but when it was confirmed she was p.g. they shipped her home. It will be a girl. I have 2 grandsons. I will keep you and yours in my prayers as well
