MORE HELP NEEDED I am paid for both Cute and sister site with alphas. I can bring up the Roses alpha but there is no place to download. I have no trouble on the Cute site just this other one.

If you mean the Roses Font on Cute Alphabet.com, it is not a paid membership. You must purchase designs or packs individually. If you Log in, it will take you to the home page. Then scroll down until you see the Rose Font Alphabet and click on it's name. That will take you to the Rose Font page where you can see the entire alphabet. Toward the top and to the right it says: add to cart $5.00. You can then purchase it or you can add it to your cart from the home page on the "add to cart" Icon. That will take you to the page where you input your means of purchasing. Hope that answered your question.;)
