this is what happens when i click on "my account" to add an avatar. how would i get a hold of the webmaster,veronica? i have been told i need her to help me, but i can't imagine that she hasn't seen my post, asking for help. 3 times now. if someone knows how to contact her, please clue me in.

Just an idea, try using a different browser like mozilla firefox. IE (internet explorer) can be quirky. When I have problems viewing or opening a website page I use mozilla firefox and I can always get through, I sure hope this helps. *

This is not something that Veronika can fix. You apparently have some type of software or a firewall or something that is blocking your access to this section. There are some more computer knowledgeable cuties who will pop by shortly and help you out.;) P.S. if you ever DO need to get in touch with Veronika, you go to the "contact us" button at the very bottom of the page and the last in line of link choices.;)
