Once again I can use the computer without everything disappearing on me. However, I still wait for it to happen (just dealt with it for so long). It's great having this new machine, but why are there so many things that still aren't right.....no wonder we get frustrated, new this & that, changed things & things that appear to be gone but are probably tucked away somewhere. nag, nag, nag I think this ordeal has earned me a few more silver hairs *:*

I have Vista, it is a PITA (pain in the *) I tried to view my pictures from my camera and it froze up 6 times.AHHH It most definitely is not user friendly

LOL Welcome to my everyday thing migs. LOL I'm glad u got another cp. My thing is I can only afford Dial Up , the only other way for me is Hughes Net & that is way out of my $ range. I just have to sit here & wait, wait, wait for dial up. I keep thinking it will increase my patience but Not so far. *

I was in the same predicament! The only thing I know about comp. is how to go to sewing sites & download. My daughter gave me her old one & it finally just died. (cost more to repair than replace) Well the only kind they sell now are Vista's (so I was told) Yes they are different & they take & hide things on you, & you have to go & find them. But if this silver haired lady can do it (well still learning) you can too. Good-Luck *FY

I think you are in need of a big hug so here it is HUG,HUG,HUG- hope that helps or maybe do what I do - grab the pet (not hubby gggg) & go for a walk- doesn't make the problem go away but helps the old ticker calm down.
