CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO NEXT? I just purchased my 6 month membership and don't know how to activate it. Does it take a little while to get going? I'm just itchin to get to those designs.

If it says that you are a member - then just click on the design and download everything or the designs that you like - have fun.

Hi, I just bought a membership a few days ago. This is how I do it. I click on a design that has a price tag on it. It takes me to the design on another page, on the left under the design it asks your for your format for members. I use PES so I click PES on the drop down menu and it takes me to another page that says Cute Embroidery and it shows my design and my membership. I click download and download it to the file where I keep my designs and that's all it is to it.

No, when I get to that last page it tells me I don't have a subscription. Boo Hoo:(

You may have to wait until the new designs are posted for tomorrow. Then try again to download a design. I think they have to 'enable' a new subscription and I'm just guessing. If it is not working then email them. They are nice to deal with. ; )

I can't remember anymore how it worked. Try and see if you received an e-mail which might tell you to varify. Reboot the computer maybe, but one thing I know that works for sure is sending Veronika an e-mail. Link on bottom of Cutie page "Contact us". Good luck.
