31942Can understand your agony. My machine has been gone 8 months now and even though I now have two new ones I want my Elna back home, and that need hasn't been alleviated even by being too sick right now to be botherered sewing. Go figure???

I don't sit on the sewing room all day. This is actually my firts project in a while and really needed to test a design.

33574My thread was fraying constantly. I tried everything. I finally took it in and had it tuned up and there must have been a very fine bur that the dealer filed and since then haven't had any shreadding. Its been almost a year now. Sometimes I would shed thread 30x in one embriodery. Hope your dealer fixes this for you and good luck
