hi all .My dealer is sending my machine back to the co. Because of all the trouble i have. I have had a couple of new bobbins.holders. And i don't use prewound.They will not replace it .

Poor baby, if you're like me I'm lost without my machine, kinda addicted you might say. Hope they get to the bottom of it's problem and send it home quick - which machine do you have?

I hope they fix it. I am lucky with my dealer. they seem to go beyond what is normal for thier customers.
