Looks like a tattoo, yes?
You would need a much clearer, square on, picture for someone to digitise from otherwise the perspectice would be different, hence the design might not be an accurate representation.
If i wasn't feeling so yuk, i would find this a wonderful challenge as I love dragons, but sorry, just not right now.
I'm sure someone will come to your rescue, sure is a beautiful Dragon.

Yes Meganne it is , My hubby and I decided to get a tattoo instead of engagment rings. his is a larger one than mine and it being on my shoulder blade i do not get to see it often (unless in a mirror) so I thought i would get it made into an embroidery design....i will keep looking around!! thank you for your answer.
