I HATE dieting, I HATE not eating sugar, I HATE not eating a load of carbs... but it's worth it. Hubby has lost 5... but that's not as exciting - LOL, since all he has had to do is give up pop! What's up with that? I should be at my goal weight hopefully by the summer... we'll see!

We're wanting to relocate up North to be with my family, so I'll be having to go on job interviews... I have a closet full of clothes that I could fit into 40 pounds ago... :-( So I'm 33 pounds away from wearing them. I refuse to buy fat clothes to interview with... no way!

Okay, I'm excited... can you tell! :-)

That is wonderful - keep up the good job. Men! they can skip a meal and lose 5 pounds. We don't want to think of it as a diet, but just a life style change. Hugs

You're will on your way, remember to take a daily vitamin supplement while you are dieting so you'll get all the good stuff you need. Keep the faith and those pounds will just be gone before you know it. Keep us informed as to your progress so we can be rooting for you.

Excellent!!! I'll enroll next week in your club. I'm 41 and I gained about 60 pounds. I like chocolate, sweets, and I'm using three medications for my asthma . On Monday I'll have an appointment with a nutritionist. I hope loss some pounds. Meanwhile, good luck with the interviews.

That is great!! The easiest I ever lost weight was on the Mayo Clinic Diet. It is not really a diet nor do you get hungry. Bacon, eggs, grapefruit Breakfast a must/ salad, meat, grapefruit,Lunch a must/ Veggies, meat, grapefruit, Dinner a must/ 8 glasses water a day. Some veggies not allowed but can can have nuts on salad. All the meat, salad and veggies you can eat. 8 oz unsweet grapefruit juice or 1/2 grapefruit at ea. meal. Lost 65# in 6 months. Ck. online for diet. Linda in Ga

Wow, good for you Teri. I started my diet about 5 weeks ago and lose about 8 pounds with only meat and veggies and fruits. It is well worth. I totally understand how you feel. Keep up the good work and don't give up.

Simplyrosie, YOU GO GIRL!!! But, I agree it is not fair the way men drop weight almost without trying, and us "girls" can eat nothing but cardboard and just lose our boobs! HaHaHa I need to exercise but I can not check out this wonderful site and save all the great designs if I am on the treadmill! Right? Good luck with the job interviews and getting back into your "perfect" clothes. Sue

Congratulations and keep up the good work! You know what adds came up next to yuor post? "25 pounds in 2 weeks". I think you'd have to tie knots in your skin if you managed to do that.

Do you want a "Zippy" cupcake? They are not fattening. Happy Birthday to you.
