Help Ican not open the letters F,H,J,K,L,T in the Dora alpha. The pes format thay used does not open

i have no problems with the letters

I just DLed them all with no problems lcoste. Hope by now u have solved your problems. *

Pulse ambassador will convert them for you and is easy to use :)

I also can't open the H,J,K,L, & T. Is Wilcom truesizer the only one that will convert them. I have Pulse Ambassador, and don't really want to have another program if I don't need it.

try downloading again. I checked mine and they are good.

You need the Wilcom truesizer to save it in the correct format for your machine. It is free and saves in a lot of formats. Hope this helps. *4u

Thank You very much. I downloaded true sizer. Now hopefully everything will work out and I can view the Dora files I need. Thanks again
