This dial up simply will not let me look at the utubes. Sorry I know I'm missing something I probably would really like. *

It shows mixing a dye and shaving cream together and spreading it over a precut stencil. Interesting but messy. I am sticking to my sewing machine

You can practice doing this with paper and using acrillic paints we do this to make backing paper for scrapbooking. first place the shaving cream in a disposable cooking tray and you can marble lots of colours through the cream and lay the paper gently on top and pat gently so the paper takes on the colours if you add fabric medium you can also colour cloth. And you can use the same tray of cream over and over and you will get lighter and lighter shades .

Are you going to try this out? Think I will stick with the machine.

Actually I'm not sure this is what I'm really looking for. I have a cute alpha; raggedies, that requires it be painted on instead of embroidered. It'a a pattern I had to send away for. Since I hv so many other things on the go I haven't really checked the pattern out that well, so don't know what's what! Some people like doing this kind of stuff, just thought I'd put it on here as you can incorporate embroidery, quilting, etc.
