The base of the skirt is too stitch intensive, making the satin stitch scallop stress the machine at intersections. Would like some input from members. thx. maria

Hi Maria:
I sewed that one out this morning and it did a beautiful job. Try putting in a fresh needle, that works wonders sometimes!!!
Happy sewing!

I did quit a few of this design back around Christmas and had to problems at all.

I stitched it out with no problem at all, on the contrary I found it stitched out very well indeed. I used 80 micron see through wss, which is heavy weight - for topping on towels and fleece I use 25 micron - that was the ideal stabiliser as far as I'm concerned.

I also stitched out the one Shirlene mentioned and I did not have a problem. There is a picture in projects of them also. There were two- peach and dark mauve. I used heavy weight solvy.

Maria, I have stitched out angel1852002 - without any trouble - perhaps you will need to put an extra layer of stablizier in your hoop - when you stitch this out. Look in the project pages - I have pulled it forward for you to look at - is this the design that you are referring to? Please answer here or on the project.

Where did you get the pattern? I have a beautiful FSL angel that you can also sew on fabric. I've done several hand towels and she sews out great.
