I renewed my membership with the 15% off and did not have a problem downloads. Perhaps you used a different log in or email that got it confused.

Are you sure you used the same username and email address you always used? Mine went without a hitch and I could download immediately.
Oh my goodness ... I haven't been able to get my designs either. When I email - it says that they will get back to me in 24 hours --- but, my first email was last Friday - I still haven't received any help on this. I am concerned as I do not know any other method of contacting CuteEmbroidery. Did you see me question further down the page? dailylaundry.
This is so unusual. Make sure that the charge actually went through. Veronika will make it right. I had something like this happen and I re-did it. Result was that I had 2 charges. Veronika was very good about getting it fixed. I guess I am trying to say that it will be fine and the designs will still be there. Hang in there both of you and keep sending her e-mail or posts. Also check your SPAM.
The charge did go through and I did check SPAM (good suggestion though)....do you think I should redue it?
