Hi I have a 730 and PES works really well..just becareful when resizing, some of the stitches don't readjust. If you have software that converts try saving as ART file first and then readjust. This isn't a problem all the time but from time to time Ive notice some malformities. Do you have the 830? I drool over it :)))))

I have the 730E.Just purchased Dec.08.I didn't purchase any additional software.It came with ArtLink V5.When I try to open a PES or other format,it just says 'unrecognized format' and doesn't do anything.After that,I don't know what to do. Do I need additional software? The 830's were coming out when I got my 730. They look great,but I couldn't justify $12K!

What model do you have and what software are you using? Nearly all of the Bernina will read PES designs and unless you are on a commercial site you will have PES included. (I have Bernina and run Bernina software V5 on it.)

I have a Bernina & my software program allows me to convert .HUS .XXX .PES files but not Janome .JEF or Phaff files & of course the Bernina .ART files depend on which version you have. Mine is only V4 so of course I can't use the V5. Hope this is of some help.

No... that didn`t either work - well look for e.g. Patti`s Creative Studio- she has very lovely free designs in her design sets - almost every sets.
