in the viewer, but once I downloaded it to my machine, it only showed up as one color. The image was digitized usng 4 colors. Does anyone have any idea what may have happened?

My real name is Colleen. Some day.I hope to get the hang of the digitizing thing,myself. My 15 year old son picked it up right away and has tried to teach me...the results are NOT GOOD! LOL! Any help you can give me, will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much for the offer! I will look up your email.

I am sure I do not know I have some designs that I got from the site that is like that they are one colour dark blue. If you know the colour just do it in the colours you need.if not there is something wrong with the way it was transported I would think.

The problem there is that I don't know wherre to start each new color. It is all showing up as only one step, as well.
