I tryed to add a picture and it came up with error #2. What am I doing wrong?

Oh Kathy, maybe your pictures are too large? Can you reduce the size and repost... if you can't, send them to me and I'll reduce the resolution and send right back to you... Please don't forget to try again.. .we'd love to see pictures! :o) xoxo
