Cracker, see if this is what you have in mind. Some may be too many stitches, but others can be perfect. Most have 2 colors and you could just stitch one color. There is a freebie at the bottom of the page. Also check the Baby Quilt blocks for a freebie.

Thanks guys,i wanted just outlines, so as not to take away from the quilt it's self. I had done a couple of panels with a heavy pattern and it took too much away from the quilt. Might just stencel some paterns on and go free hand (YIKES!!!!!) Getting brave there. Since this is my first to quilt! generally I have somone else do the quilting after I have the tops made. But this throw was to be EASY. YEA RIGHT. Keep plugging along.

I have started a folder just for collecting designs that I think are suitable for quilting. *4U

cracker, I was going to sugges Anita Goodesign, Sewswell and Emblibrary - they each have lovely quility designs - you can always go to Ann-the-Gran to get some freebies. Alot of the sites have RW - you just have to search for it a bit. Good luck and I hope you share your project with us when you have finished.

I use the last step in embroidery the outline to do my quilts. Some can be enlarged. Anita Goodesigns also has quilt outlines.
