145789Hi minnie, there are 2 places where you can upload, a gif or jpeg file and a Jef file. You have to take a picture of the design or scan it to make it a gif or jpeg. Hugs&*

Minnie, you can take save the picture from your screen, from the software screen where the 3D design is.
