I have just discovered that I have Paint Shop Pro on my computer, trouble is, I don't know how to use it ! I would like to make some background paper for cards,

Isn't it amazing what we find on our computers? You're a lucky Cutie, I only have the minimal version, hee hee hee, so I don't know what to tell you. Meg's advice is good about the groups, and I should think there would be a tutorial on the website, if you click on help and connect to the web. You go, girl!! I think card backgrounds would be a wonderful way to use that program, you're so lucky to have it!! Best of luck, Marji

youngest son. According to my husband, he
can do some fantastic pictures with PSP.And I thought I knew everything about my kids !!

WOW! You lucky girl!
I believe there are several PSP Yahoo Groups you can join.
Click on the link below and look for the tab that says "Groups" a main page will come up and you can type Paint Shop Pro in the search box and it will bring up the appropriate groups.
You should join the one that has the highest number of members then you will get all the help you need.
Oh, you need to be a member of Yahoo first, but it's well worth joining (if you haven't already)

Hang on Meganne! I think I am getting on a bit (76) to start up a business venture,
if only I was younger! Just got hold of my son, and he suggests that I DON'T start
on something else, and get on with the quilt that I've promised to make him! Don't you just love these helpful kids !!!

I hope you don't let him influence you too much and DO start using PSP. I am looking forward to seeing your first card with your own background!!

You could try going into the help section and clicking on Learning Center, it might help you...there are also some tutorials out there try a search in google perhaps that may bring up something. I am afraid I don't use mine for much other than photo enhancing...good luck ...*4U
