Sewing.org has a hanger cover + pattern. The lower edge can be varied to suit your requirements.

Not sure if anyone has suggested this, but if you go to oregonpatchworks.com site under Digitizers list look at Artistic Designs they have several lovely one sets of designs.
They sell just the designs or sets with designs and satin padded covers as well.
Good Luck Dixie

I have the cover from San Francisco Stitch Co. (yahoo group) and have used it several times. It also comes with a design from the Elizabeth set. It's pretty easy to adapt to any type of hanger. I'll have to check out the ones on emblibrary.

I just happened to be downloading stuff from the San Francisco Stitch Co. newletter and, lo and behold, one of the files is titled "hanger cover".

I guess God works in mysterious ways... Not sure if it is exactly what you need, but you need to sign up for the newsletter before you can get into the files section.

These may help - they are in embroidery library projects. I know I have seen one somewhere else too - if I remember I will post it.
