Also, from Communtiy home page you can click on "My Questions" and/or "My Answers" to quickly find posts you have made and/or responded to.

If you read a post & know that you want to follow up on it you should click on the little tick beside the Poster's avatar, (it should turn orange) then, when you need to find it later you just go to Community home page and click on "Marked" tab.
