Well the day has come please all pray for me my court hearing is today,my lawyer has tld me all will be ok but I didnt get much sleep last night. I will let you alll no tonight how I go

So sorry, Molly, isn't that just the pits when they keep postponing things? I know you just want to get it settled and get on with your life! I keep you in my thoughts often, and hope it will turn out ok. Maybe you'll get a nice "Thanksgiving present" and they'll throw it out permanently!! Marji

Oh My and they wonder why it costs so much to go to court...I sometimes think that the judges and the lawyers have something going to collect more $$$ from us POOR little people. Hang in there...They probably think that you will just give up:)

Sorry it was ajourned again. I hope u are getting the same judge as this helps the judge to see what the other party is doing. I hope that next time it is resolved. or throwen out with no comeback.

Well as promised I would let you know how it goes, well it has been ajourned once more as I need to get my three children and hubby to make a statement and get another witness, she is making it hard It os getting very complicated and all through fighting for my hubby, she missed out on him and now she is trying to put a wedge between us again, for to complicated to explain here, thankyou all for your thoughts and prayers, next date is november 24th, hopefully it will all be resolved before christmas
