Thank you!! For sure! Think I'll do the Jan. baby first (as soon as she finds out what it's going to be) - maybe a diaper bag. I've got the pattern, just need to find the embroidery design.

Congratulations - and all the more to love. I only have 4 grandchildren, and they will all soon be grown. I miss having the little ones around.

Oh, but lucky you! Soon you'll start on the next generation!! I love the babies, but I think around 3-4 is the most fun.

Thank you! We're at 12 grandsons & 6 granddaughters. Be nice to even the "score" a little, but either way, we'll be blessed.

Wow - lucky you. I have only 1 GS, but another is due soon. My eldest daughter is due Sept 10, but looks like she might not get to that date. She is in London and we are due to arrive there on the 8th, so I hope she holds out for us. Still got lots to sew before we leave. *4U

Wow, You have doubled my 10. Ten is where we have stopped. Mine are ages, 6 to 25 yrs. And we have 4 grandkids, 6 mos to 4 yrs. Keeping track of all those people is next to impossible. It's not old age that makes us forgetful. It's just that we don't have enough room for all that we need to remember. lol *4u

Thank you! Distance if very difficult! Unless I see the babes shortly after birth (Gramma-bonding time), it seems like I have really missed out on something!

Thank you! I can't imagine what the numbers are going to look like, once all of my kids (11 of 'em) are married.

Oh my, Congrats!! I thought 8 was enough but you've sure got me beat. Mine are all under 6 yrs. old tho. I don't know if I could handle 20. What's the age gap? My oldest is 5 1/2, youngest will be 1 next month. Lots of flowers 4U*************************

Thank you! There is a bigger age span here - the oldest is 17 and then the youngest is just over a year. And of course, about 1/2 of them live between 800-1000 miles from us. :-(

maryjo by maryjo 28 Oct 2008

Oh that's a shame. Mine are all less than 30 minutes from us.

Thank you!! One of the girls is going to find out if it's a boy or girl, the other is going to let it be a "suprise". It'll be fun to pick projects & designs for each.

americangirl by americangirl 25 Aug 2008

A suprise - she must not even open her Christmas presents early. I can't believe it.

newipswich by newipswich 26 Aug 2008

LOL! I should ask her (daughter-in-law)!
