Another HP with freebies

Well I am totally confused-I clicked on this page and it has absolutely nothing to do with embroidery???And then I come back to this message and see that the posting date is 18 Aug 2008??
Why are these old outdated links coming up??

I had some designs before with the .rar and I could not convert them...ummmm how do you convert them? ;) *2U

.rar is just a zip file. unzip it like you would any other zip file.
