Finally I made my little travel iron caddy. I haven't placed my little iron in it yet--well not when the pictures were taken. It is in it now and sitting in my sewing room. Have wanted to do this for about 2-3 years and had it all sitting in a zip lock bag cut in parts and ready---another check off my list of things to do. Really was fun to do and quick--it took the longest to understand where to place all markings on the heat resistant silver fabric.

This is such a good thing to have for iron transport. One of the ladies in our group made one , if I recall correctly, it also was made of sewing novelty fabric on the outside. Nice work, Patti!

I thought I had put in where I got this--so long ago but never done til now---Sisters'--well,now I have forgotten again---do a search for Sisters' and see if iron caddy jr. comes up---maybe even YouTube. I am lazy right now and don't want to climb stairs right now to look again. It is very quick to do. The most time consuming was drawing the penciled lines on the silver fabric following their instructions.

very nice....I wish we had something close to enjoy sewing with others. We used to have a group of women that got together and did things like this.
