234253Congratulations! What do your grands call you? So how many granddaughters and grandsons do you have now? I know you said 4th grandchild, but number of each? The grandsons outnumber the granddaughters here, about 2 to 1, maybe even 3 to 1. The same with the greats we have 3 g-grandsons and 1 g-granddaughter. I love his name. My neighbor’s son is Davis and our old family dr was Dr Carlton. Glad everyone is doing well, such a relief when it’s over and such joy to hold.

Thank you Toogie - our two grands in Belgium - they call me LaLa and our oldest grand here in Michigan (she's 11) - she calls me Grandma Laura. So we have 2 granddaughters, and now 2 grandsons. But, this August, we will have another grandson born!! Hugs to you!!

Thank you Betsey!! This little guy and his parents will be coming home from the hospital today and they only live about 6 miles away - so I hope I get to spend a bunch of time with him (and yes, I will sing!!) Hugs!

I had to add this, when I read about singing. Pick a song that you really, really like because they will want you to sing it over and over and over again-lol
I had to sing 'You are my Sunshine' until I could nearly gag, lol, because Mason loved it and would go to sleep with me singing it. When he graduated high school I embroidered him two throw pillows , one with 'You are my Sunshine" and the other "Be someone's Sunshine, when their skies are Gray'.
109045Congratulations and what a lucky grandchild he will be with a Nanna who can produce such lovely embroidered goodies for him. Though not sure how long he will enjoy them. My youngest grandson had a great time last week embroidering a cushion for himself with my machine
