Please follow the link below. Pinterest as has been said before is not a reliable source of free designs. A design can be free one day but not the next. We do have a search function as its almost 1am in the UK where I live I suggest that you read through the Q&A section to see how to find a design. I am now off to bed and I hope you can find some design that you like. Engineered in Stitches on Facebook has some hand puppet designs but they are not free

Pinterest is a very unreliable source of designs. Many embroidery sites retire designs after a while. designs by Cuties no longer exists and the post you gave is from over ten years ago. as I have suggested join Engineered in Stitches on FB and see what is there. The designs are available to buy and the money goes to a hospice. There are some great designs here on Cute but not what you are specifying
