I looked it up - K.O., as in knock out punch in boxing, right on target, the best possible punch. Kind of funny, because emb. designs used to be really punched into cards for an IBM machine to "read" the design and punch them out!
66528360431KO designs website closed a few years ago, so I looked the S-Embroidery website and found a few beautiful free-standing lace designs of similar type than those in your photos but not those in these photos. By the way S-Embroidery is offering all Christmas designs with a 15% discount.
