Looks like I may have to get a new laptop!

I was wondering if anyone has one with the new windows
11? like what is it like in comparison to windows 10?

The difference is not great, except that many programs need new drivers, with windows 10 you can still get two years the security updates before there is only Win 11. Real novelties offers elf not, I will pull out my update as long as possible.... the scam is that there is then no driver for old programs and you have to buy new programs, they always want only our best - our money and dependence.

I'm glad you asked the question. I hope more will give their responses because I am curious too.

You might as well get windows11 since they will upgrade the 10 anyway. While that happens it seems as if your computer is so slow. Microsoft is a lot snoopier now. For instance it keeps on telling me to turn on my camera. The changes from 10 to 11 are not to difficult. I am sure you will figure them out. Good luck with the purchase

That's strange, because it has never suggested I turn on my camera! However, I covered my camera eye with a bit of paper and some clear tape. Maybe your computer thinks you're pretty.

I closed the camera. Maybe opening it and putting tape on it instead will stop that reminder. 😊

I upgraded my 10 to 11 and I hardly noticed any difference. I did it too soon, so there were some days with many patches/fixes, but that part seems to be over.
