I have just had a first in my machine embroidery life a email from the owner of a site thanking me for making my first purchase from her site. Its a group I belong to on Facebook so am unable to post a link. I was very surprised as I say its a first in almost 20 years of my machine embroidery career

I have had that happen only one time also! I was amazed! Hadn't been thanked for a purchase before. Some sites have a Thank You in the download area, but I, as you were, talking about an email to say Thanx!... AND Thanx for posting this!...

I know a "thank you" means a lot to me! It is a common courtesy that seems lost now days. It is impressive that she did this! Thanks for sharing!

Now that is so nice and really encourages you to purchase more designs. I know there can never be too many thank yous or hugs in our lives.

I think that is great. Those 2 words "Thank you" can mean so much. We as moderators know that to well since most of the time, when we answer a question and help, there is only silence

I know it makes you wonder if the person really looked back and got the info you provided, when there is no thank you and no response. I feel if someone took the time to help me the least I can do is express my appreciation even if it is just 2 words, thank you.
