This has been a very rough week for our family this week. My granddaughter's dad was diagnosed with Covid and hospitalized last week. Yesterday the oldest granddaughter had to do a DNR on her dad. His kids will be going in today for end of life. This is very hard decision for a young woman to have to make. She is 28, pregnant with her 4th baby, and both she and husband caught this from her dad, who lives with her. Also her youngest little girl, 16 months old, is also showing symptoms.

Condolences to your families loss and hope those that have Covid will recover fully and quickly.

Your granddaughter has a lot on her plate. It is so difficult to lose a parent, especially hard when you are pregnant and have a sick child - this disease is awful and anyone who says it is a hoax has not lost someone dear to them because of it. Your family are in my prayers. Please tell her my 5 year old grandson and his baby (6 month old) sister caught it as did their parents. Thankfully everyone is fine now - the children actually got over it easier than my son and his wife did. Hugs for you, Laura
