Hello everyone!!!!!

I looked at manuals and it seems there are 2 version one with a card slot and the other manual referred to USB. If hers has a USB slot any of the free version will be helpful to move designs from computer to the machine. Some of the older machines would not accept anything higher then a 1 Gig USB. If it requires those special disks then she needs a dongle and the brother Basic program which is hopefully still available to download.

If the disk slot will accept floppy disks that would be easy too.
