first of all welcome on Cute. I hope you were able to DL the designs now.
Like rescuer wrote: don't add them in the card, just when you see the design you see select the design.:on the right you see: in red color: free download. and beneath that the different formats . slect the format and it will download. Probably it will come in a folder downloads on your laptop or PC. Hope it works out. And if not: our friend rescuer will be certainly a help for you.

Have you been able to download the designs yet? Do you need more help?

Don't put the designs in the Cart. Just select the design file you need and it will download.
I've added a link to a post that should help. There are many posts done by moderators in the Q&A section. It is our "How to" section concerning this website.
