The moment in life when you really wonder how good of a mother you were......... Second kid (daughter) is being very selfish and is in the process of ruining her marriage and messing up her 2 kids. I have spent more time crying in the last month than I have done in the last 10 yrs. It hurts the heart so much and I wish I had a pair of very pointed boots to kick up her rear!!!! Thanks for letting me vent!

Is it possible for you to keep the kids until she finds herself ? I hate to hear that kids have endure selfish parents. prayers for you and your family.

I have the 3 yr old during the day and put the 6 yr old on the bus in the a.m. The daddy is being a trooper thru all this but it is so hard to see. I did tell them that if this starts to affect them (the kids) in more negative ways that I would file for temp custody

Some things just need to be learned the hard way. I remember my father once saying to me "If we could pass on all the wisdom, there would be only wise guys around us and life would be boring. "
Glad you could vent and I hope that the tears will stop. I know it is not easy but there is time where we as parents can only watch and worry.

Unfortunately, my daughter is one who is hurting a whole lot of us......very selfish of her.

Sorry she doesn't see it your way yet. What can you put some positive energy into to help yourself with the crying? Hoping things get better.

Working on customer quilts is keeping me busy at the longarm and stopping those tears.
