Are the kitties a free design? The link says "Special $0.00" but it won't let me download. Cute design anyway. My great grand loves kitties.

I think you will have to add it to the card, it is free now, but if you are not a payed member don't click on the format, but add it to card .

It looks to me that once you put it into your cart it would be free if you purchased $ 3.00 worth which is the minimum
