I only have the thumbnailer, and when I tried to install it on my new Win10, so many problems! I sent email and the man called me, asked to be given access to my computer, and he completely updated and fixed all my problems. I was so grateful--had no problem letting him crawl around in the computer since it was new and unused. I was told my thumbnailer was old version/not updated. I was very pleased with their service. Can you call and explain what is happening, or put the specifics in a mail? I.m sure they would love to sell you the font!
The problem is solved. Someone actually read my emails and discovered I just wasn't registered! I thought I had but I probably didn't push that final button. I thought about calling, but they are in New Zealand, and I'm in Colorado, USA. Thanks for your good report, it makes me have more confidence for any problems I have in the future.

Wow! Those are lots of great links. I love learning from these. My problem had to do with not being able to log in to their store. It didn't like my user name or my password. And they wouldn't email me to the address I had to use - the other one didn't exist anymore. Thanks
