The web site I bought the cross stitch design from , they have someone you can chat on line with, she was very nice got in touch with the designer of the cross stitch pattern and had her reduce the two front pieces the she sent to to me, but this was more than a week ago. I wanted all to know, But I still will not be ordering from them again. Just to much headache .

Well, I am glad the designer finally made good on the fact that the designs sold were not compatible with the hoops she said they would fit and did finally resize the two that were too large.

Hi! I think you should reconsider. They did accommodate you and didn't have to, and a week is not that long to wait. I think you're still mad at them and at yourself, too, maybe. They made a good faith effort and lots of sites would not.
